Hi, I’m Stephanie! With a rich history spanning more than two decades and ten countries, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the art of communication and leadership through emotional intelligence. My journey has taken me from high-stakes corporate environments in banking and tech to impactful advertising initiatives, each role enhancing my understanding of what drives organizational success.
After a transformative stint in the U.S., where I created the Speaker Program for Amazon Ads and coached over 400 professionals, I returned to Australia. My goal is to leverage my international experience to help local leaders cultivate the skills that make a difference: resilience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
